Our Lodges

Located on the NC500 in Scotland

Our comfortable lodges enjoy the best of both worlds being situated in the peaceful and beautiful North Caithness countryside, whilst only a short drive from some of the area’s most popular attractions including The Castle and Gardens of Mey, John O’Groats and Dunnet Head.

Original Lodges

Our original timber clad lodges can each sleep up to three people, in two cosy bedrooms. Guests can enjoy cooking meals in the well equipped kitchen, with separate dining and living space.

Both lodges have outdoor decking seating space to enjoy an alfresco breakfast, or leisurely evening drink after a busy day of exploring the area.

We supply fast and free Wi-Fi so you can keep connected with the outside world if you need to, but we do recommend getting away from it all.

Booking direct with Celtic Lodges ensures you get the lowest price for your stay and any special offers that are available.

New Lodges

We are in the process of replacing all of our existing original timber clad lodges to new modern lodges with log burners. We should be ready for guest bookings sometime in 2025.

Our new lodges will have open plan dining and living areas, and be slightly larger to accommodate 4 people in two bedrooms. They will also be repositioned for superior views of the neighbouring countryside and the north Caithness coastline in the distance looking towards Orkney.

The new lodges will be available for single night stays or more, enabling you to have a relaxing stay exploring the area. Keep updated with progress on our build on our blog!
